Vikas & Mona Ajwani are the owners of Zenith Home Care Agency, and their goal is to improve the quality of life for seniors by allowing them to enjoy the comfort of their own home for as long as possible while maintaining their independence.

I have a bachelor’s degree in commerce, and my background is in business management and supply chain. I have directed and led a team of multi-national professionals in the U.S. and abroad and travelled extensively internationally. Vikas Ajwani lives in Monroe with his family and knows that majority of seniors want to age in place. His goal is to provide area seniors with the best possible care – services that will allow them to live safely in their homes as long as possible.
He founded Zenith Home Care Agency with a goal to make a difference in his community.

I have over a decade of experience with Home Care industry. In my previous roll I have successfully handled the operations of Home Care Business including but not limited to recruiting, staffing, compliance, client care communication, billing and payroll, and with years of Health Care Experience I am prepared to make a difference in my community by providing best possible care to seniors that will allow them to live safely in their homes as long as possible.
